Address lists

One row per current adres, with its openbare ruimte, woonplaats and coordinates.

When you only need adressen, the addresses shape writes the adreslijst, a single flat table, and never reads panden:

bagkit convert lvbag-extract-nl.zip --shape addresses --format csv

For the national extract it writes 10,076,601 rows:

adreslijst.csv
nummeraanduiding_identificatie,openbare_ruimte_naam,huisnummer,huisletter,huisnummertoevoeging,postcode,woonplaats_naam,gemeente_naam,provincie_naam,type_adresseerbaar_object,breedtegraad,lengtegraad,openbare_ruimte_identificatie
0003200000137381,Abel Eppensstraat,1,,,9902HA,Appingedam,Eemsdelta,Groningen,Verblijfsobject,53.3193382,6.8687720,0003300000116985
  • Every adres that is current on the peildatum and not ingetrokken (Naamgeving ingetrokken).
  • Nevenadressen too: they get the punt of the adresseerbaar object they belong to.
  • Nummeraanduidingen without an adresseerbaar object, which have an empty type_adresseerbaar_object, breedtegraad and lengtegraad.

The woonplaats is the nummeraanduiding’s own when it names one, otherwise its openbare ruimte’s. The gemeente and provincie follow that woonplaats.

Format Output Notes
csv adreslijst.csv, 1.2 GiB Official identificaties, coordinates to 7 decimals (about 1 cm)
parquet adreslijst.parquet, 216 MiB Integer identificaties, full-precision coordinates
sqlite adreslijst.sqlite An adreslijst table indexed by postcode and huisnummer

A SQLite adreslijst answers address lookups with query and serve. Nearest lookups need the tables shape, because they use its spatial index; asking an adreslijst for one returns an error.

See the Address list reference for every column.
